Half season vegetable subscription (16 weeks)
Our half season vegetable subscription is 16 weeks long. Our shares include 6-8 different vegetables equating to a $30 value each week. You can expect a bag of salad in most every share, root vegetables and a variety of leafy greens.
Crop list-
Salad greens, lettuce, radish, carrot, turnip, beet, scallion, leek, dill, parsley, basil, cilantro, zuchinni, summer squash, tomato, kale, chard, collard, broccolini, arugula, celery, cauliflower, cabbage, bok choy, kohlrabi.
You can expect most of these crops to be in rotation throughout the whole season. With the exception of squash/ zuchinni and tomato which will be in rotation at the beginning and end of season.
